Preparation of full certificates attesting powers of attorney, authenticating Memoranda and Articles of Association, etc. £ 75.00

Certified true copies (per document) £ 40.00

Each additional copy of duplicate certificates £ 25.00

Attestation of powers of attorney in authentic notarial form when not prepared by the Notary £ 70.00

For arranging apostilles (excluding disbursement of £30) £ 15.00

Legal Opinions - depending on complexity £500 - £1500

Registration of companies & other legal entities

Re-registration of struck off companies £500-£750

DISBURSEMENTS

Additionally the client is responsible for all disbursements, including such of the following as are applicable:

(1) apostille fees payable to the office of the Treasurer of the States, Foreign & Commonwealth Office and legalisation paid to Consulates and Embassies;

(2) translators'/interpreters' fees;

(3) Companies Registry fees;

(4) Agents;

(5) travelling expenses where applicable;

(6) couriers' and/or other transaction costs.

Most documents of a legal nature that are to be sent abroad need to be notarised. If you have been told that a document needs to be notarised, you will need to engage the services of a notary public. Solicitors and barristers are not authorised to notarise documents
